INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Configuration of the personalised individual registration platform.
- Design of the main registration form according to your specifications
- Possibility to include an additional form, or one in a foreign language
- Online registration
Includes:
- Registration management (review and updating)
- We also offer financial management, a mandated bank account, collection of registration fees, payment of invoices from the account, periodic bank account statement, and a final account statement
- We can send individual confirmations
- Invoicing management (purchase orders, pro formas, invoices)
- Provision of welcome documents, such as a welcome envelope, a certificate of attendance, or vouchers
RECEPTION OF ATTENDEES
Delegated management of attendee registrations includes dedicated reception on site for the duration of the event courtesy of our event management service (including late registrations, modifications, etc.)
ON-SITE RECEPTION
Technical Manager service(In charge of on-site registrations and collections)
- Four hours of attendance, limited to two shifts of two hours’ duration each (for the event inauguration)
Technical Assistant service (In charge of handing out badges and/or welcome kits)
One assistant per 100 attendees
- Minimum five-hour attendance
