Frédéric Derelle, maitre Artisan pâtissier, has been baking since 1979. He and his wife have lived in Seichamps, a commune in the eastern part of the Greater Nancy metropolitan area, for thirty years now. In his workshop, where he also organizes training sessions, he works to the highest quality standards.
