On March 6, 2025, the ARS is organizing a regional quality and care safety day, with the aim of exchanging ideas and sharing experiences on topical issues, in particular patient and resident safety. This day is organized in partnership with the SRA Grand Est and France Assos Santé Grand Est.

This edition will provide an opportunity to discuss in detail the national roadmap for patient and resident safety 2023-2025 spearheaded by the Direction Générale de l’Offre de Soins. This roadmap is a continuation of the national patient safety program 2013-2017, which helped bring out the notion of a safety culture and the need to involve patients.

Broken down into 5 areas of focus, piloted by various players, the ambition of this roadmap is to reinforce the safety culture, with the aim of reducing the occurrence of adverse events associated with care that are known to be avoidable.
