The Agence Régionale de Santé Grand Est is organizing a regional day dedicated to optimizing patient care pathways, at the invitation of the Instance Régionale d’Amélioration de la Pertinence des Soins (IRAPS) Grand Est.
The aim of this event, organized in partnership with Assurance Maladie Grand Est, is to share feedback on certain regional city-hospital-city collaboration initiatives, focusing on major public health issues:
- Combating iatrogenic drug use
- Optimizing the relevance of the care pathway for patients with chronic heart failure
- Antibioresistance: current situation in the Grand Est and actions developed in the region
- Optimizing management of patients with osteoporosis
This event is aimed at URPS physicians / pharmacists / biologists / nurses, user representatives, CPTS, DAC, general practitioners, geriatricians, cardiologists, rheumatologists, IPAs, healthcare establishments, EHPAD coordinating physicians, IRAPS members and any professional interested in these public health issues.
