A still living symbol of these great cafés of the “Belle Epoque”, the brasserie inaugurated during the carnival of 1911, remains the timeless witness of a cultural and gastronomic heritage.
The brasserie, located in the former Hôtel d’Angleterre at 50 rue Henri Poincaré in Nancy, has been able to withstand the wars and urban development that took place in the last century. The building has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1976 thanks to a handful of Art Nouveau enthusiasts from Nancy who love the place.
